Our secret is simple, we cook our Chili the old-fashioned way, we slowly- simmer it in large Open-Kettles using only the freshest local ingredients.
Why is it called Award Winning Chili?
We won the Worcester County, Worcester, Mass, Chili Cook-off 7 years in a row. The event was held annually at Holy Cross College in Worcester, Ma. It took place during Homecoming weekend each fall.
It won the “Best Food at the Fair”. This award given out by the Woodstock Fair in Woodstock, Ct.
Best Chili”-Greater Springfield Chili Cook-off held at the Polish American- PACC Club, Ludlow, Ma.
